Premier Support Workshop - Active Directory Troubleshooting PLUS

This four-day instructor-led course provides participants with the skills required to understand and successfully troubleshoot Active Directory problems, including group policies application and file replication service issues, login failures, and Active Directory replication failures. Students learn the tools used in Active Directory troubleshooting, which accelerates time to resolution. Hands-on lab exercises reinforce key learnings.

Special instructions:
Parking is available in the parking lot and there is a 3 level parking garage (all free), just don’t park under the building because you need a building badge to get in and out.
Please note that this Microsoft facility is a secured area which opens at 8:30 a.m. each day. Please check in with the receptionist upon arrival. If you are driving a car, your license plate number will be required at check-in.
Visitor badges will be given to you upon arrival and must be worn at all times while in Microsoft facilities.

Speaker:
Christopher Stevens
Christopher Stevens has been with the Active Directory (AD) Premier Field Engineering team in the New York area for three years. He mainly works with Fortune 500 companies to provide both reactive and proactive support, handling Critical Situations and evaluating customers’ AD environments for better utilization. Christopher is accredited to deliver the Active Directory Troubleshooting workshop along with the Active Directory Risk Assessment Program. He has conducted over a dozen AD Troubleshooting workshops and has delivered many more AD Risk
Assessments. As part of the hiring process for the Premier Field Engineering organization, he screens candidates during the technical knowledge portion of the interview.

The labs/lecture environment for this delivery is presented in one training room and the lab space is not a sequestered design.
