Premier Support Workshop - SQL 2005 for Administrators

This three-day instructor-led training provides database administrators and other new comers to SQL 2005 the knowledge and skill on how to install, configure, secure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server 2005 databases and servers. Along with updates and changes from the last version of SQL Server and new technologies added to the Application. This training will also provide in-depth understanding of the most commonly encountered issues by Microsoft Support on various topics that are being discussed along with their current status, solutions or workarounds.

Course size is limited to 16 seats.

Special instructions:
Parking is available in the parking lot and there is a 3 level parking garage (all free), just don’t park under the building because you need a building badge to get in and out.
Please note that this Microsoft facility is a secured area which opens at 8:30 a.m. each day. Please check in with the receptionist upon arrival. If you are driving a car, your license plate number will be required at check-in.
Visitor badges will be given to you upon arrival and must be worn at all times while in Microsoft facilities.

Speaker:
Shaun Beane
Shaun Beane has been working with SQL since 1997 and for the past 2 year has been working as a Premier Field Engineer for Microsoft’s New England region. He has instructed as well as worked with many of the state, local government and education customers throughout New England and the United States. Shaun is adept at helping customers optimize their SQL environments through Microsoft’s proactive engagements including the SQL Risk Assessment Program (SQL RAP) and the various SQL workshops he delivers to Microsoft Premier customers.

The labs/lecture environment for this delivery is presented in one training room and the lab space is not a sequestered design.
