Event Overview
Have you wanted to change something about the way your instance of Canvas looks or functions but don’t know where to start? Or are you an API super-user and want to show off your masterpiece?

If so, come join us in sharing ideas and leveraging our collective skills to help one another on current and future Canvas projects.

We’ll begin the day, with Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Harvard Business School presenting projects they’re currently working on for their instances of Canvas. After lunch, we’ll have a “hack night in the afternoon” where we’ll work in small groups to share resources, code, and maybe help each other see those seemingly unsolvable problems in a different light.

All levels of experience welcome. Participants should bring a laptop and have Account Admin permissions for Canvas to be able to fully participate.

Session Outcomes:
Participants will:
  - Discover new tools and techniques that can streamline your current Canvas workflows.
  - Identify areas in your Canvas instance that could be customized to alleviate confusion for your end-users.
  - Explore how other schools have addressed and solved issues leveraging the collective knowledge of the “Canvas Community”
