Event Overview
Revised for 2018, this popular workshop now includes an introduction to the Clifton Strengths Finder®.  This additional resource will allow you to develop your talents for use in executing tasks, and help you prioritize your various projects and roles. We’ll also consider your unique strengths in designing the personal productivity systems that will work best for you.  This hands-on seminar also features highlights of David Allen’s “Getting Things Done®” (GTD®) methodology, including the five phases of workflow and the natural project planning model. Learn practical suggestions about how to put these methodologies and concepts to work for you—personally and professionally.

Session Outcomes:
   - Introduction to the Clifton Strengths Finder and your own top 5 talents.
   - Knowledge of a “gold standard” process to clarify your roles and goals, and to organize projects and next actions
   - An implementation plan for designing a personalized GTD-based productivity system
   - Inspiration to transform your life, both personally and professionally

Additional Information:
Please register before May 15th.  After registering, you will receive an access code for the CliftonStrengths® online assessment, which you’ll need to complete before the workshop (and ideally before May 18th).   Plan on about forty minutes of uninterrupted time to complete the online assessment.

You will receive a copy of David Allen’s Getting Things Done book at the workshop.

The 2018 workshop will be a good refresher for those who have some previous experience with GTD from either taking a workshop or reading the book, but is also suitable seeking an introduction to GTD.

This year’s workshop will not include hands-on lab time for setting up your GTD system, nor will it focus on specific tools/software.  It will include a short demo of a GTD system using Microsoft products, such as OneNote and or Outlook.

Registration is limited.
