Event Overview
We are all being asked to do more with less, as well as handle multiple tasks while always providing outstanding customer support to our institution. If you are a member of a Service Desk or Tech Support team come listen and learn from three IT Service Desk professionals. We will share examples and lessons learned that can be used to help you succeed.

Session Outcomes:
-  Identify methods of supporting student employees
-  Utilize tricks of the trade to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
-  Gain an understanding of supporting cloud and Chromebook technologies
