Event Overview
Designed and developed exclusively for higher education, Slate has changed the technological capabilities for admissions and advancement.  Encompassing customer relationship management (CRM), outreach, travel management, online applications, and online reading, Slate is utilized by more than 1,000 colleges and universities. 

This workshop is an opportunity to learn how different colleges and universities are utilizing Slate based on institution type and priorities. Whether curious about what Slate could do for your institution, a seasoned user, or somewhere in between, this workshop is designed with every level of user in mind.

Come hear from a collection of presenters and panelists who will delve into various facets of Slate, introducing a wide range of topics. There will also be time for Q&A (questions and answers) following the presentations.  

Session Outcomes:
  - Understand various best practices and implementations using Slate technology.
  - Learn strategies for how to further develop Slate with your campus partners, such as the Office of Admission and Office of Financial Aid.
  - Identify gaps in current recruitment strategies and tools and brainstorm new ideas for more targeted outreach.
