Event Overview
Just because you work at a small school does not mean the technology issues and challenges are small. In fact, with limited resources and legacy technology, your issues may be larger than those of your counter-parts at larger institutions. For schools looking to modernize technology around enrollment management, it is time to leverage technology to fill in the gaps of limited institutional resources. This session will examine three key areas where IT/Enrollment Management professionals can make a technology investment more impactful, while improving the student experience and increasing enrollment.

These three key areas include;
- Perform a technology gap assessment: Understand and identify your technology gaps to prepare for innovate processes that deliver results.
- Become a true steward of technology: Move beyond being an ‘order taker’ by taking ownership of the technology strategy on campus and in front of the curve.
- Establish technology partnerships: You don’t need to go it alone, partner with the right technology and systems to enable you to extend your available resources.

In addition to providing best practices for leveraging technology, we will also share first-hand experiences from other small schools and how they are using technology, including CRM solutions, to:
- boost enrollments;
- measure results;
- better engage students with workflow automation and communication campaigns; and
- re-think their previous business processes.
