What's New At NERCOMP
The Learning Organization Academy (LOA) is a novel professional development opportunity, created in response to demand from NERCOMP members.
LOA Fellows are library, IT, and other higher education professionals who are committed to increasing a culture of learning in their workplaces.
Beginning with a summer immersion experience, LOA will provide a year-long support structure for participating teams as they conceive, design and implement practical, exploration-oriented projects that transform workplaces into learning organizations.
We look forward to welcoming our first class in July of 2012 and throughout the 2012-2013 academic year. We hope you’ll consider joining us!
