Event Overview
Millennials are now the largest generation in the workforce especially IT. Many managers and directors are from a different generation, and struggle in adapting to their learning preferences. Is this generation really that much different from others? Come and participate in an open forum of IT Directors and Human Resource professionals on what you can do to successfully lead and recruit the millennial generation.
Millennials, also known as Generation Y or the Net Generation, are the demographic cohort that directly follows Generation X. These are generally thought of people born from 1980 to 2001.
Session Outcomes :
- Learn tips on how best to engage and create a successful career in IT for your Millennials
- Hear from a Human Resource recruiter on how best to recruit and retain Millennials
- Learn how to successfully create a highly efficient team of Millennials for your Service Desk
