Job Description
Information Technology Services (ITS) at Siena College is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Networks & Systems Engineer. This entry level network administration position will report to the Director of Networks & Systems. The Assistant Networks & Systems Engineer will assist with telecommunications support, network and telecommunications cabling, switch configuration, UPS management, documentation, as well as administration and maintenance of computers including servers, software, networks, and related infrastructure.

Job Requirements
A bachelor's degree is required. Experience in telecommunication systems, Asterisk PBX, VOIP, Linux, IP networking, network cabling and general systems administration is a plus. Strong written and oral communication skills as well as a willingness to learn are a must. A background screening will be required.
