Position Focus:

Reporting to the University's Chief Information Officer (CIO), the Associate CIO of Campus Technologies leads primary user-centered support service for information technology including university-wide information technology help desk, endpoint engineering, audio/visual engineering, telecommunications services, as well as central desktop and audio/visual support functions. Collaborates with member of the CIO's senior leadership staff, IT Leadership Council, and the Yale community to design and development of technology services that are responsive to existing and emerging campus needs across all facets of Yale's mission. Engages in principle-based decisions regarding the distribution of support balancing scalability, sustainability, and responsiveness to discipline-specific needs. Establishes and maintains relevant measurement framework, policies, and processes that assure effective and efficient operation. Maintains exemplary team environment with a highly diverse and physically distributed organization. Incorporates best practices to fuel service innovation and enable team performance.

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in related field and twelve years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
