Under the direction of the Dean of Admissions and Enrollment Management, the Associate Director of Enrollment Technology develops, implements, and monitors administrative policies, procedures, and operations for the processing of all inquiries and applications to the college.

The Associate Director of ET will be the lead on all aspects of customer relationship management for the Admissions Office, and will leverage technology to integrate and implement solutions to impact external offices that interact with aspects educational pathways (i.e. Saturday Studios, Youth Programs) and admission cycle (i.e. Financial Aid, Orientation, Housing). As a member of the Admissions team, the Associate Director recommends and implement solutions to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Office of Admissions.

A minimum of two years of administrative experience Experience with relational database technologies, particularly as related to admissions Skills: Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving aptitude and temperament. Strong interpersonal skills in order to work with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization and with outside vendors. Must be a self-starter, able to learn quickly, meet deadlines, and demonstrate problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to gather and provide analysis for user requirements and produce appropriate data. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to treat confidential data with discretion. Able to motivate, delegate, and lead a cross-functional team Able to work evenings and weekends during peak periods as needed Other Considerations: A minimum of two years supervisory experience Experience working with Ellucian (Datatel) Colleague Experience working with Technolutions Slate or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Experience working in Higher Education and/or an Admissions Office Training/experience with SQL, Access, Excel or other databases/statistical software, and information retrieval technology. Experience summarizing data using tables and visuals.
