Company Description
Oversee operational aspects of Registrar’s Office and serve as integrator across teams. Lead and direct the Registrar’s Office technology team. In conjunction with the Registrar and in partnership with Information Services & Technology, provide leadership in the definition of business needs for the evolving Student Information System serving students, faculty and administrators. Manage and coordinate projects that emanate from student system improvements, complex data requests, senior leadership and faculty governance requests, and other sources as assigned by the Registrar.
Seven years of experience directly involved with student systems planning and project management. Ability to help shape and execute a technology vision for the registrar’s office. Ability to set priorities with a strong bias for action. Demonstrated organizational awareness, willingness and ability to lead change. Ability to think strategically, act decisively and speak with authority. Knowledge of professional standards, including federal and state laws, excellent managerial, interpersonal and team development skills. Excellent data analysis, interpretation and presentation skills strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
