The position is responsible for the management of enrollment software systems. This includes support of the Ellucian CRM Recruit system and associated reporting tools. The CRM Systems Analyst is an entry level position that will be expected to implement processes and workflows to support the enrollment goals of the College, as well as producing analytical reports to show progress toward these goals.


This person must have an understanding of software configuration and setup, as well as an understanding of data extractions/reporting/analysis concepts. This person should also be able to document business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement systems to support those processes.


Manage the Ellucian CRM Recruit solution for the college. This includes performing maintenance tasks as required.
Active participation in the configuration and setup of Recruit, including ongoing changes in support of changes to Admissions, GPS (Graduate and Professional Studies) and retention processes.
Implement correspondence workflows for prospective students, including bulk mailings, email sequences, and tracking of responses and received correspondence.
Create, generate, and distribute reports as requested by Admissions and GPS personnel and College executives.
Establish and enforce data collection and data entry standards to ensure accuracy and usefulness of collected information.
Manage the import of data into Recruiter from various sources, such as Ellucian Colleague, The Common Application, and other online and offline sources.
Ensure the successful flow of data between Recruiter and other systems, such as Ellucian Colleague and the College’s Operational Data Store (ODS).
Deliver training as needed to Admissions and GPS personnel, including ongoing production and maintenance of training materials and documentation.
Manage content for the College’s online recruitment tool, including content tailored to specific audiences.
Provide technical support to the Admissions and GPS staff
Other duties as assigned to support the recruitment and enrollment efforts of the College.

PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Experience in setting up and maintaining database and/or CRM applications is preferred. Experience with Ellucian CRM Recruit or Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred. Experience with Ellucian Colleague is helpful. Experience with reporting solutions, such as SAP Business Objects, is preferred. Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) is preferred. QUALIFICATIONS: Some experience working with CRM systems in a college admissions environment preferred. Excellent communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload. understanding of best practices for CRM systems. Experience applying CRM data for analytic and marketing usage helpful.
Bachelor’s degree required.
