Collaborating closely with the NH Department of Education (DoE) Director of the Division of Educator Support and Higher Education, the successful candidate will provide operational management, planning, and oversight for iLearnNH – an initiative to provide a standard Learning Management System (LMS) platform for NH K-12 schools. Services include consulting on setup and configuration of the platform and providing training and best practice guidance for NH K-12 teachers.

Requires travel to NH K-12 schools and NH Department of Education.

• Six years of proven leadership and management experience. • Experience working in a K-12 environment as a teacher and/or administrator preferably in New Hampshire. • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively & tactfully with personnel at all organizational levels, NH state agencies, and NH school Boards of Education. • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects, along with strong organizational skills. • Demonstrated ability to lead efforts that require highly developed change management skills. • Must have a current driver’s license, a willingness to use a personal vehicle for travel, and a willingness to travel to NH K-12 schools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communication, or related field.
