Provide consulting, training, and support services to NH K-12 teachers to enable the adoption of a common LMS in order to meet educational goals through effective use of educational technologies. Keep current on features and use cases of the portfolio of educational technology tools in use by iLearnNH clients, how those tools support instructional design principles and practices, and emerging trends in educational technology and learning design. Work closely with USNH Academic Technology (AT) and iLearnNH staff and subject matter experts to develop and deliver training and support in a variety of formats including face-to-face, online, and self-service. Work with USNH AT and iLearnNH staff to develop, document, and incorporate best practice recommendations for user guides and training. Participate in projects related to NH K-12 teacher professional development, educational technology innovation, and instructional support. Participate in USNH AT cross-functional projects related to evaluating, testing, and reviewing current and proposed education technologies.

Requires travel to New Hampshire K-12 schools.

• Experience with a variety of teaching modalities. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Experience using a Learning Management System to deliver training. • Must have a current driver’s license, a willingness to use a personal vehicle for travel, and a willingness to travel 20% of the time on a monthly basis to schools across New Hampshire.

• Bachelor’s degree and four years of experience in information or educational technology field or in instructional design and user support.
