The Endpoint Solutions Engineer assists in activities that support the MassArt Client Services team and MassArt's community. This role ensures secure, reliable, and efficient operation of college endpoints, while providing high-level technical support to resolve complex hardware and software issues. The engineer also contributes to technology lifecycle planning, endpoint security, imaging and deployment automation, and works closely with IT colleagues to support the academic and administrative mission of the college. The engineer provides technical assistance for all supported Operating Systems and Endpoints, and this engineer is the subject matter expert (SME) for all Microsoft Windows technologies.

3+ years of experience supporting working with a management system for Windows and macOS endpoints in an enterprise environment.
Proficiency with endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, Jamf, KACE) and scripting languages.
Strong knowledge of endpoint security practices, operating systems, and application troubleshooting.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse campus community.
Familiarity with Information technology Services Management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
Experience with Google Workspace, Active Directory, Azure/ Entra ID and Office 365
Prior experience with service desk software.

While a college degree is always preferred, it is not required if you have the equivalent in work experience
