The Help Desk Student Supervisor is responsible for managing the process of hiring, training, and supervising student workers at the Technology Help Desk. They ensure student workers are prepared and supported in their work to deliver first tier support services to the campus community. The successful candidate will embody the ideals of diversity, equity and inclusion, and seek to enrich our organization through these commitments.
