The Instructional Technology Manager for Harvard Law School is responsible for instructional technologies and services that support mission-critical school processes, including the successful deployment of degree and non-degree program course sites for on-premise, on-line and hybrid classes. This position leads the school's instructional technology efforts including planning, design, implementation, support/maintenance, evaluation and innovation.

Job-Specific Responsibilities
• Supports integration efforts, troubleshooting, incident resolution, vendor management, and software configuration to address customization, branding, accessibility, and visual identity requirements.
• Provides strategic decision support for the selection and implementation of new and innovative technologies.
• Establishes, measures and reports on performance indicators related to instructional technology.
• Hires, manages, trains, and mentors staff dedicated to instructional technology services.
• Serves as the subject matter expert for learning management systems and similar enterprise systems supported by HLS.
• Works closely with faculty to design, develop and implement engaging online material and assessment tools to enhance the teaching and learning experiences.
• Delivers formal and ad-hoc training and tutorials on educational technologies for the HLS community, while continuing the ongoing development of training curricula.
