Wheaton College, a leading liberal arts college located in Norton, Massachusetts, has an immediate opening for Senior Associate Director for Enrollment Management Information Systems. This is a full-time benefit-eligible position.

The Senior Associate Director for Enrollment Management Information Systems is responsible for overseeing key technology solutions in the departments of Admissions and Student Financial Services, specifically in Slate and Banner. For Slate, the Senior Associate Director provides leadership and management of the Technolutions/Slate platform to support recruitment and admission, working with staff to fully deploy the capabilities of the Slate CRM to support communications, application processing, inquiry management, travel and event planning, and enrollment. For Banner SFS, the Senior Associate Director is responsible for Federal Pell Grant processing and Banner financial aid systems testing and training, working with SFS senior staff to identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and improve operational efficiency. Though proficiency with both platforms would be ideal, experience with either Slate or Banner would be preferable, and training can be provided for the other.

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of progressively responsible professional experience in a related role required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Systems experience in testing software upgrades, managing electronic processing and file transfer with external vendors required. Proficiency with desktop applications, ad hoc report writing tools required. • A working knowledge of software and report writing tools. • The ability to be trained on new technology systems. • This position requires exceptional oral communication skills and the ability to develop successful working relationships with other departments on campus. • Strong commitment to continuous process improvement and customer service. • Ability to work independently and to prioritize to meet regulatory and procedural deadlines. • Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends, as needed.
