The Summit Project is a multi-year initiative developed by the Mount Holyoke College community to implement the student-centered vision for services and processes. The Summit Training Coordinator is a key member of the project team responsible for implementing the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance, Payroll, and Student systems at Mount Holyoke College. In close partnership with the Summit Project Manager, Summit Change Management Lead, and Alchemy implementation partners, this role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive end-user training programming to ensure employees' successful adoption and utilization of Workday across the College.
The ideal candidate for this position has experience developing, delivering, and maintaining end-user training materials, enjoys collaborative work, and is enthusiastic about connecting with a diverse population of students, staff, and faculty.
The position is term-delimited through September 2026, working 37.5 hours/week with full benefits. It is eligible for a hybrid schedule, to be defined between the successful candidate and the supervisor, and will be subject to approval and periodic review in alignment with the College’s Flexible and Adaptive work processes.
The salary range for this position is $56,000 - $60,000. In addition, Mount Holyoke College is pleased to provide a comprehensive, highly competitive benefits package.
