We seek a collaborative, creative, strategic thinker to join LITS in the role of Web Developer for Digital Scholarship and Digital Collections. Reporting to the Associate Director, Metadata and Digital Initiatives, the incumbent will work independently and in consultation with colleagues in LITS to provide web development, technical support, and maintenance that will enhance teaching and scholarly work at Hamilton College.

Thorough knowledge of, and experience with Web technologies. Expertise with content management systems such as Drupal. The ability to successfully manage multiple priorities. Above average customer service skills as well as verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate technical information (both written and verbally) to technical and non-technical people in a supportive and meaningful way. Must embrace learning and working with constantly changing technology. Work collaboratively within our team, the department, and across the college. Demonstrated commitment to building and supporting diversity.
