- Assess Your Planning Maturity: Evaluate where your institution sits on the planning spectrum and map out a practical roadmap for adopting or expanding Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Scale Beyond Core Budgeting: Identify concrete strategies to extend planning into high-impact areas like workforce positioning, tuition/enrollment forecasting, and long-range strategic modeling.
- Apply Peer-Tested Best Practices: Adapt proven implementation tactics, user adoption strategies, and change management lessons learned from your peers.
- Accelerate Executive Decision-Making: Transition your finance team from manual data aggregation to delivering real-time, interactive reporting for deans, CFOs, and board members.
