Event Overview
Managing time is a universal challenge—whether you’re juggling personal and professional responsibilities, striving toward ambitious goals, or feeling buried by competing demands. For neurodivergent individuals, especially those with ADHD or Autism, time management may feel even more complex. This session invites you to explore personalized approaches that honor your unique strengths and challenges, helping you take ownership of your time and advocate for what you need to succeed.
Session Outcomes:
Participants will be able to:
- Recognize and reflect on their current time management habits and contexts.
- Express their time management skills using a strengths-based approach.
- Identify and assess time management strategies to determine which align best with their personal needs and goals.

Karen Bellnier
Karen Bellnier has been working in online learning and instructional design in higher education since 2008. She is a strong advocate for learner success. She has master’s degrees in developmental psychology and in instructional design and a doctorate in education. At Mitchell College, she leads the Hub in its mission to create digital innovation and educational excellence that is accessible, flexible, and connects learners with each other while accelerating career growth.
