Timothy, or Tim, is currently serving as the Senior Director of Information Technology Support Services and Digital Learning at Arcadia University. Here, Tim oversees all forward-facing operations within the IT department, providing strategic direction for the IT Helpdesk, Classroom and Academic Technology, Hardware Management, and Event Technology Support. He helps to ensure that the university’s technology remains robust, user-centric, and aligned with the evolving needs of a modern campus.
Tim also leads the Digital Learning Services team, where he bridges the gap between pedagogy and technology to enhance the university's instructional mission. With a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from Arcadia and a deep background in educational leadership, he has been a driving force behind the implementation of critical platforms such as Canvas and the modernization of physical learning spaces. Tim’s career is defined by his ability to champion innovative initiatives, notably serving as the inaugural Director of Arcadia’s Esports program, and his commitment to empowering the academic community through the thoughtful integration of digital tools and instructional design.
In his spare time, Tim is an avid bowler and often travels to compete when possible. He coaches his kids and supports them in their bowling as well. He is active in his church, coaches baseball, and is involved in Scouting America with his son. He enjoys watching baseball, football, and bowling, and will often rewatch Star Trek.
