Event Overview
Has your team abruptly become a remote working team?  About one month into the campus reorganizations caused by COVID-19, hear from a panel of IT leaders on what they have learned from their own abrupt transitions.  What has been successful and what has needed to be revisited? Which tools are working, and which have not delivered? Was our planning sufficient? How are we ensuring that our teams are not only prepared technically for remote work but also emotionally?  

The panel, composed of IT leaders from across the NERCOMP community, will discuss these topics and others, as well as take questions from attendees. 

Session Outcomes:
Create a dialog on tools and techniques that have proven successful in managing remote teams in higher education.  Attendees will leave with advice and tools they can use to improve their own remote teams.
