Event Overview
Higher Education is unique in many areas including the diverse types of employees on campus.  This session will demonstrate how Workday will set your institution up for success, whether you need to track, contract, and pay adjunct instructors, ensure that a work-study award is properly tied to a student's work, or tackle the complexities of union employees.

Learning Outcomes:
Participants will be able to:
 - Learn to pay adjunct instructors based on the exact service they are providing and generate letters or contracts on demand.
 - Make Work-Study awards seamlessly flow to Payroll and to the GL according to institution rules.  As awards change, the system updates automatically.
 - Allow Union membership to drive eligibility rules, automatic compensation step increases, and more.
