What role would you like to play in organizing this workshop? I’m interested in organizing a workshop on this topic.

Intended Audience: Service owners in higher ed technology

Proposal:

I'm passionate about user research / UX best practices and I think not enough of it happens in higher education. All of these practices are really accessible regardless of staffing or budget. I want to help people understand how to gain insights about their constituents so they can make their products more useful - or even just understand how to communicate about them more effectively.

Learning Objectives:
What is UX
How to conduct common UX activities such as persona design, journey mapping, and user testing
How to use insights from user research
