Proposal:
This session examines the principles and practices of Equity-Conscious leadership, building upon the identity experiences, knowledge, and skills that participants have acquired to address authentic issues in leadership.
Learning Objectives:
Participants will:
1. Apply Equity-Conscious leadership principles and models to examine their own identities, leadership characteristics, skills, values, beliefs, and principles.
2. Apply knowledge and skills through data-driven decision making, problem-based learning and research to clarify the issues and to propose possible solutions to actual problems of practice.
