Event Overview
This session will focus on the uses and principles of Agile and Scrum. How can Scrum increase productivity, help with project management, testing, production releases and scope creep. The concept of sprints and card based collaboration will be emphasized.

Learning Objectives
- Exploring these methodologies will help understand why teams miss deadlines, testing is inadequate and deployments into production always seem to leave something behind.
- We will discuss collaboration tools such as Trello.
- While out of scope for this session micro services will mentioned.
