Event Overview
As we continue to enjoy the warm summer temperatures, there is no better time to plan and prepare for the students' return to campus. Whether you're getting started in a help desk role, already deploying Apple devices with mobile device management (MDM), or managing an IT team, now is the time to get caught up on all the new features that Apple is bringing to the next versions of their operating systems this fall. In addition to the new IT and device management-related updates, there are some new Apple-focused IT training opportunities and certifications that will help you and your team understand the core concepts and get prepared to best deploy and support Apple devices at scale.

Learning Objectives
Participants will be able to:
- Manage software updates and app deployment in iOS, iPadOS, and macOS
- Enforce FileVault, minimum OS versions, and Automated Device Enrollment
- Understand New features in platform single sign-on (SSO) for macOS
- Learn about iOS Return to Service Workflows
- Describe tvOS management updates
- Access Apple and 3rd Party Training and Readiness Resources
- Learn about Apple Device Support and Management Certifications
