Discover how these sessions illuminate team achievements, refine processes for current and future projects through candid discussions on challenges, and foster stronger internal and external team relationships.

Session Outcomes:
Participants will:
- Learn techniques for facilitating a "lessons learned" session with your team
- Discuss ways to take session feedback forward and evolve processes
- Develop an environment that allows for frank discussion of project challenges without pointing fingers, turning feedback into constructive and actionable takeaways
