Event Overview

Join higher ed Canvas users (and prospective users) from New England at the fourth annual Canvas Roundtable at Dartmouth College.  As the last of three 2016 summer Canvas events, the Roundtable is an opportunity to follow up on and delve deeper into questions raised at the June 6 Canvas User Group  and ideas from InstructureCon, while also providing a chance to discuss new topics not raised at these other events. The day will be a mix of large group discussions and breakout sessions where we’ll explore topics of interest to different groups – managers, instructional designers, tech support, and prospective Canvas users.  

At the Roundtable, attendees will have the opportunity to:
- Propose topics for discussion and exploration.  These are not formal presentations, but rather facilitated conversations designed for all participants to ask questions and share knowledge.
- Dig deeper into Canvas data and data governance
- Build community with other Canvas admins and users
 

Help us build the agenda.  What else would you like to discuss?  The Roundtable isn’t your typical conference.  Sessions are typically less formal and can be a jumping off point for conversations among attendees.  We’re planning three session formats:

    Short Presentation
    You prepare a 10-15 minute presentation, followed by questions.  

    Show and Tell
    You prepare a 5 minute show and tell demonstration for the whole group.  

    Birds-of-a-Feather Breakout Discussion:  
    You propose a question or idea, and facilitate a conversation among participants.
