Event Overview
Using Mindfulness techniques to challenge old assumptions in order to re-imagine something new. Challenging times are providing unique opportunities to move out of our comfort zones, and explore making things once thought impossible, possible.

When life doesn't go as planned, many of us become overwhelmed, stressed, and indecisive. These states of mind hinder creativity, preventing us from developing solutions and remaining resilient in times of change. Mindfulness is a particular type of awareness that brings us into the present moment, enabling us to challenge old assumptions, habits, or unconstructive states of mind to imagine something new. Challenging times provide unique opportunities to move out of our comfort zones and explore making things once thought impossible, possible. Join us for this webinar on the relationship between mindfulness and creativity. You will discover the benefits and science as well as an experiential understanding of mindfulness through engaging in the practices.

Learning Outcomes:

- Understand what mindfulness is and how it can help alleviate stress and enhance creativity
 - Experience mindfulness practice in a variety of formats
 - Learn mindfulness techniques to apply to your daily life

Note: These sessions will not be recorded. In order to be able to prioritize group connection and experience; participants will have the option to turn cameras and microphones on during the sessions.
