Event Overview
"Cybersecurity" is a buzzword that seems to have lost some of its meaning. The news over-hypes it and often, misuses it. Come learn ways to help your customers understand the value of IT security (physical to electronic/software), and also see how peer schools are handling "incidents".
Whether you are a 1-person shop or part of a larger department of Security professionals (analyst, engineer, CISO, etc), please join us. Bring your experiences and expertise for interactive conversations as we discuss the many approaches to protecting your university's data and personnel.

Target Audience
Any institution looking to start or expand their Security Awareness programs and campaigns.

Session Outcomes:

- See and hear what peer schools are doing or planning for Security Awareness initiatives. Identify ideas to employ at your institution.
 - Make valuable contacts for when you are ready for implementation or to flesh-out ideas.
 - Understand how to make your approach successful.
 - Determine how to define "success" of an awareness campaign.
