Join us for an introductory webinar to learn more about the upcoming NERCOMP CLASS, Inclusion in Crisis: Transforming DEI Challenges into Opportunities in Higher Ed, starting on October 30th. During this session, you'll meet the facilitators, gain an overview of the course, and have the opportunity to ask questions. The facilitators will provide insights into the program's focus on self-reflection exercises, personal action planning, and fostering a continuous growth mindset. This webinar, like the NERCOMP CLASS, is open to all who are passionate about advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education.
Session Outcomes:
Participants will:
-Understand the overview and expectations for the Inclusion in Crisis NERCOMP Class.
-Learn the importance of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging and why they are
crucial for your organization.
-Prepare for deeper learning in the full 4-session DEI program.
