Event Overview
The digital transformation of higher education is reshaping how institutions connect with students, deliver instruction, and advance equity. With most learners now engaging through online and hybrid formats, universities must design experiences that are not only accessible and inclusive but also sustainable and engaging. This workshop provides practical frameworks and strategies to help leaders assess readiness, integrate equity and belonging into the digital journey, and apply data-driven approaches to boost retention, engagement, and faculty satisfaction.
Session Outcomes:
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Analyze institutional readiness using established models such as Diffley’s Readiness Curve and DEI-to-Belonging frameworks.
- Embed equity, inclusion, and belonging into online student experiences with practical and scalable strategies.
- Develop an actionable roadmap with measurable outcomes to improve student retention, engagement, and overall satisfaction.
