Event Overview
We all want our students to be successful in our classes. Formative assessments help us adjust our teaching to enable their success. This webinar will focus on 8 types and 4 uses of formative assessments. Participants will experience how formative assessments can be used in online and in-person classes. The facilitator will also showcase the use of formative assessments from their actual, current courses and digital samples will be shared with participants.

Session Outcomes:
Participants will:
- Develop their understanding of approaches to formative assessment
- Expand their formative assessment toolkit and repertoire
