Event Overview
This popular workshop now includes an introduction to the Clifton Strengths Finder® as a resource to identify and focus on your key natural talents for use in deciding what roles, projects and tasks to engage in, in executing your specific tasks and projects, and in designing the personal productivity systems that will work best for you.  The session also features highlights of David Allen’s “Getting Things Done®” (GTD®) methodology, including the five phases of workflow and the natural project planning model. Learn practical suggestions about how to put these methodologies and concepts to work for you—personally and professionally.

Registration includes Getting Things Done, second edition, which will be provided at the workshop.  Please be aware this is a “low tech” workshop, and no specific GTD systems or tools will be extensively demonstrated or endorsed – though examples of several options for various apps and tools will be provided.

Participants should plan to take the Clifton Strengths Finder® assessment and complete a short homework assignment prior to the workshop. A code for taking the Strengths assessment will be also provided to registrants; please register by May 15th to allow adequate time for completing the assessment.

Session Outcomes:
- Introduction to the Clifton Strengths Finder and your own top 5 talents.
- A project/implementation plan for designing a personalized GTD-based productivity system using a “gold standard” process to clarify your roles and goals, and to organize projects and next actions.
- Inspiration to transform your life, both personally and professionally.

Registration is limited.
