Event Overview
Alumni relations and fundraising are critical administrative efforts that need to function at the highest level. Many of us are at a pivotal juncture  to relook at our administrative systems support in the wake of powerful new SaaS (Software as a Service) offerings, proliferation of bolt-ons to support current software and the data integration nightmare!  We have an opportunity to revolutionize support for this area by vastly simplifying operations through modern software with enhanced CRM, data analytics and mobility support.

 In this workshop, we will explore the rationale, return on investments and hear from institutions that have already made the move, those that are planning the move, and explore the best options.

Session Outcomes:
- What process did the other institutions follow to choose and implement a new alumni system, as well as lessons learned.
- What options exist for those who are currently exploring the move to a new alumni system and if there are opportunities to collaborate in the search as well as implementation.
- What are the best organizational models for both the implementation and ongoing support of these systems because it is a huge paradigm shift.
