Registration fee includes two full days of ITIL training, a full morning of exam prep on the third day, and a proctored ITIL exam on day three in the afternoon.

Class size is limited to 10 people.

New Class Information:
ITIL 4 is vastly different than V3 and as much as 80% of the material in Foundations has changed, so there is no upgrade to ITIL 4 at the Foundations level.  If you have taken the previous version of ITIL 3, you will want to take this course in its entirety in order to take the new exam.

Course Overview
ITIL® is the world’s leading best practice framework for implementing IT Service Management. ITIL version 4 introduces IT Service Management through the lens of a Service Value System (SVS), which provides a holistic end-to-end view of how to successfully contribute to business value, and also how to leverage concepts from models such as Lean IT, Agile, DevOps and Organizational Change Management. This foundational course immerses you in the guiding principles, dimensions, and practices of ITIL® 4.

The last day is focused on exam prep, prior to taking the ITIL® Foundation Certification exam. 

This course will earn you 14 PDUs.

NOTE: Enrollment into ITIL 4 Foundation includes the exam and the Official Manuscript eBook for ITIL 4 Foundation upon request. New Horizons is the only training provider to include the Official Manuscript eBook for ITIL 4 Foundation along with the course. The manuscript provides invaluable reference material for your ITIL 4 implementation.

This course is designed for anyone who needs an understanding of IT Service Management to help deliver better value to customers. It is appropriate for all IT staff and management, as well as customers who work closely with IT to support business requirements. This course is also designed for students who are seeking the ITIL® 4 Foundation certification and who want to prepare for ITIL® 4 Foundation exam.

By the completion of this course, you will have a deep understanding of the 7 Guiding Principles, 4 Dimensions of Service Management, 34 ITIL® Practices, and the new Value Service Chain that incorporate the core of ITIL® version 4.
