Seminar Overview
This is a high level overview of ITIL which will explain the different components of what ITIL is and why it is successful. The overview will also provide insight of the the different types of services that are part of the ITIL infrastructure and their benefits.
Who Should Attend
This is for anyone who may be part of a team that is considering ITIL and is new to learning the concepts of ITIL or is part of an ITIL organization who has already adopted ITIL and would like an overview before attending future training course.
