Event Overview

With so many IT Service Management (ITSM) topics to discuss why choose just a one? This “Show & Tell” meets roundtable style event is designed to enable peer learning on a variety of ITSM topics. We know people are doing innovative and creative things and some of you have found time-saving or productivity enhancing solutions to common challenges faced by Higher Education IT service providers. This is your chance to share those nuggets of knowledge with your peers or just join the fun and learn from others!

Just to keep things organized, there will be 4 defined “tracks” to keep the discussions going and one Ad-hoc track where participants can pull together their own roundtable discussion topic.

Tracks include:
•    People
•    Process
•    Products (Tools & Resources)
•    Partners/Suppliers and/or Project Management
•    Ad-hoc topics: choose-your-own-topic Scheduled roundtable discussions already include:
•    Configuration Management
•    Change Management
•    Cherwell Users Group
• Knowledge Management
•    Service Now Users Group
•    The Role of the Service Owner
• Tools & Resources: Negotiating SLAs
•    Lessons Learned from The Phoenix Project book. We are still seeking facilitators for these roundtable topics:
•    IT/ITSM Governance
•    Tool Selection
•    Defining the ITSM organization (Titles, Job Descriptions, Organizational Structure)

One lucky attendee will win a copy of The Phoenix Project (hardcover book). Must be present to win!
