Event Overview
Navigating the COVID-19 period has been challenging for everyone, with many describing it as the most challenging experience of their careers. Few roles have been as uniquely challenged as college and university presidents. From health and safety concerns to economic disruption and uncertainty to the increased focus on issues of race and anti-black racism with the killing of George Floyd, institutional leaders have had to navigate multiple crises simultaneously. Yet, there are indications that the 2021-22 academic year could be even more challenging, with strong desires to ‘return to normal, exhausted students, faculty, and employees, and outsized expectations. Join a conversation with three institutional leaders as they reflect on and share their experiences leading through these experiences.
