Event Overview

Many campuses have developed or are in the process of planning Active Teaching and Learning classrooms, as well as student group study spaces, that support project based or flipped methodologies. What are these spaces? How are they being developed and used? What technologies are incorporated and what are the academic outcomes?

Hear from a variety of campuses, from small to large scale deployments, as well as industry experts, who will share their best practices, use cases and research.

Join a group of, faculty, researchers, technologists, project managers, and administrators who will share their experiences with design, use, implementation, funding, research and outcomes.


Session Outcomes:
- A better understanding of the various types of Active Teaching and Learning spaces deployed
- Garner insight from research data, faculty and students on academic successes
- Obtain ideas and recommendations on project planning, funding, design and technologies supporting various types of environments
