Event Overview
We believe that it is critically important to build rewarding and productive spaces at work and in life. Each of us can contribute to this goal when working with others. If you agree, please join us to roll-up your sleeves and learn by doing!

You will learn about tools and techniques that can create richer, more engaging interactions, and then apply some of them to improving communication and interaction designed to have an impact whether during formal meetings or informal project touchpoints. Drawing on real life, you’ll identify an opportunity in your workplace, and apply a framework that’s designed to produce meaningful discussion and create clear actionable outcomes to drive team learning and business value.

Please come prepared to contribute your own insights from experience and a willingness to test a variety of tools and techniques.

Your facilitators will share their experience using a variety of approaches including process tools, appreciative inquiry, brainstorming, and meeting facilitation.

Session Outcomes:
- Inventory of resources for building engagement and collaboration in groups;
- Practical plan of action for applying what you have learned in the workplace; and
- New network/cohort for ongoing connection and support.
