Event Overview
The NERCOMP Change Management CLASS provides a focused exploration of change management for IT and Instructional Design professionals. Participants will examine their roles in change, analyze recent successful and challenging initiatives, and discuss various change models and theories that can enhance planning and implementation efforts. Designed for individuals who support or lead change in IT or educational contexts, this CLASS is ideal for professionals at any level, whether initiating or responding to change, regardless of institutional size or structure. 
Attendees will receive a Change Management digital credential upon completion of all requirements.

Session Outcomes
By the end of the CLASS, participants will:
 - Understand and evaluate key change management models and select those most applicable to their context.
 - Develop an initial change management plan for a team, departmental, or organizational initiative.
 - Identify strategies for handling transitional and transformational change based on role and situational context.
