Event Overview
Participants in this one-day workshop will explore strategies and practices that support success and engagement in a distance learning environment through an assessment of the current online learning landscape and an exploration of the future of online learning. Enlightening discussions with colleagues will leave participants with strategies to be better prepared to the face the challenges of teaching, learning and supporting the online student, faculty members, and each other.
Session Outcomes:
- Envision online learning in 10 years
- Identify success strategies that can be implemented at your institution now and in the future
- Explore technologies that can support or enhance student and faculty engagement
- Network and make connections with colleagues
