Event Overview
OpenScholar is an open source software platform, built on top of Drupal, that allows end users to easily create dynamic and customizable academic web sites. Staff at Harvard University, where OpenScholar was created, will share the history, features, and future directions of this tool along with their experiences supporting their diverse user community. The University of New Hampshire will share their experiences with first testing, then adopting, deploying, and promoting OpenScholar to meet the needs for personal websites for faculty and staff, and an easy-to-use platform for student projects.
