Event Overview
In higher education, collaboration and connection form the foundation of our work. But how do we nurture a sense of community without those casual chats by the water cooler or spontaneous hallway conversations when our teams are spread across screens, time zones, and hybrid schedules? This interactive webinar explores how to build meaningful relationships, vibrant team cultures, and "water cooler moments," even in virtual spaces. Together, we’ll reimagine what it means to connect remotely, embracing the unique opportunities these environments offer. Join us to discover practical, creative ways to build a connected, engaged, and thriving team—no matter where everyone works (or what pajamas they wear).

Session Outcomes:
Participants will:
 - Reframe the narrative around remote work, highlighting its unique advantages for team connection and community-building.
 - Experiment with three innovative strategies to foster deeper, more authentic team bonds beyond traditional virtual activities (i.e., virtual happy hours or check-the-box team-building activities).
  -Identify and amplify your team's distinct communication patterns to cultivate a cohesive and thriving remote culture.
